My Best Friend

I believe in God.

That is who I am!

Some people might think its stupid or even odd.

But what some people don’t know is that they also can.

He loves everyone.

So does Jesus, His son.

When we get to Heaven,

We’ll all rejoice and have fun.

I go to church every time the doors are open.

I love to be there with my friends and church family.

I always see people hoping,

Hoping that they are saved happily.

What is so great about God’s word,

Is that once you’re saved nothing can change.

If once you heard,

That God will never leave you nor forsake you,

It doesn’t matter your age,

You can always get saved.

Jesus is my best friend.

He’s always there for me no matter what.

When people say I can’t Jesus says I can.

I can do anything with Jesus by my side.

Even face my fears.

Whenever I’m scared I know I don’t have to hide.

I know that when I pray its me He hears.

God always gives everyone a way out of temptation,

Big or small,

Doesn’t matter how much commotion.

He’ll always be there for you if He’s the one you call.
